We are proudly the only Bupa Members First Physiotherapy Network provider in the Menai area, which allows Bupa customers to claim 60-100% rebate* and dependants under 25 have no out-of-pocket payment *
This means that all private patients benefit by keeping the cost at an affordable price across the board regardless of which health fund you are with.

Pensioners
We are proud to offer aged and disability pensioner discounts.
Workcover and Third Party Patients
All of our physiotherapists are certified under NSW Workcover. We treat a variety of conditions that are covered by WorkCover and Third Party Claims. We liase directly with insurers, GP’s and rehabilitation providers to ensure our clients have the support required to aid an effective and timely return to work.
DVA – Department of Veteran’s Affairs
All of our physiotherapists are registered under DVA to supply physiotherapy services to our war veterans and widows.
Medicare – Enhanced Primary Care Programs
These programs are only available through your GP and have strict eligibility criteria. If you have a plan, you will be able to claim 75-90% of treatment costs through Medicare for up to 5 treatment sessions per year.
